General Ticket Information
To purchase tickets to any Fantasy Show, you can go through our new online ticketing process (below), call our wonderful office staff at 256-539-6829, drop by Fantasy's Building during business hours ( 3312 Long Ave., Huntsville, AL 35805 M-F 9-5), or buy them an hour before any show at the box office at the VBC Playhouse.
For purchasing season tickets, fill out the season order form, print, and mail it with your payment to Fantasy Playhouse, 3312 Long Ave., Huntsville, AL 35805. If you need assistance, please call the office at 256-539-6829 or stop by during business hours M-F 9-5.
Visa, Master Card or Discover accepted.
We cannot accept ticket orders via email.
REFUND POLICY: There are no refunds or exchanges on individual play tickets. There are no refunds on Season tickets. Only Season ticket holders may exchange tickets. The exchange must be completed one week in advance of the performance at the Fantasy office.
Unless otherwise stated, all Fantasy productions take place at the VBC Playhouse
Everyone attending a performance must purchase a ticket no matter what age.
